Orders are processed Monday to Friday and typically dispatched within 3 - 5 working days 
Please allow additional time during special releases, holidays, or sales periods.

For UK orders, processing time is typically 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Worldwide shipping 

We offer worldwide shipping at a flat rate of £24.99.
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days.

We are not responsible for any parcels that are returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or import taxes.
We will not issue refunds in these circumstances.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs delays, which are beyond our control. Delivery times may vary depending on your country's import process.

Once your order leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of the courier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the courier using your tracking number.
